Notes and Alerts
The BPCS system allows notes and alert observations to be associated with individual recipients as well as family coverage applications. This section covers the interactions used to create, update, and view those notes. (NOTE: notes are sometimes also created as a side effect of other actions, such as changing the state of a coverage. Such notes can be viewed by the interactions here, but cannot be created or updated except as part of those system actions.)
